time and materials to full on-site contracts. Our flexible service
offerings act as a single point of contact for all your IT requirements
or simply complementing your existing IT team. Eurotech are often
called upon by experienced in-house teams to supplement or provide
technical support to resolve complex issues.
Our in depth experience includes tape subsystem formats from 9 track to
IBM Magstar, disk subsystems from single drive through to SAN,
Operating Systems from UNIX & Windows to Linux.
We offer workshop repairs, onsite callout, full contracts to suit any
requirements, contract personnel to cover holidays - just about
anything you may need. We operate an innovative, ‘Time Allocation’
service where we charge a fixed monthly fee for a callout service
providing an agreed amount of hours per month, whereby unused hours
roll-over for future use (subject to terms and conditions of contract).
Eurotech have long term relationships with manufacturers’ professional
services, offering specialists in particular disciplines such as
backup, replication, even data recovery. When necessary we can pull in
these specialist skills to complement our own, completing our ease of
service to our Customers via a single point of contact – Eurotech.
Our central location, based in Walton-on-Thames, serves our
primary customer base. At this location we have workshop facilities and
a
substantial stock and spares holding. We are also able to supply
